Go Power TS 30 Transfer Switch installation on T@B 320s Boondock
Got a ground fault error on my generator whenever I connected it to the T@B after installing the Inverter. Finally got around to testing and found that it was the inverters fault.
Ordered a Go Power TS-30 Automatic Transfer Switch and installed it. Problem solved.
Here is the Amazon Affiliate link to the Transfer Switch: amzn.to/4cGs1q6

    I had the exact same thing happen to me. Had no idea. I first brought it to Firestone tires to quickly look. They were saying it was a recall on the gear and said mine was leaking fluid. . So I had it brought to ford. . Ford found the rock quickly but still had to pay for the diagnostics. I also had to pay Firestone for the diagnostics. And the fluid was the fluid film that we all put infer the truck before winter to protect from Sault. They should have known that at Firestone.

    What kind of Shocks have on your f150

    • @builditgarage
      @builditgarage 2 місяці тому

      They are rough country shocks. I would not recommend them as they never felt like they did anything different when you adjust them. Then the rear ones have leaked all the fluid out. I went to Rough Country to see if they have a rebuild kit for them and they said "No, those shocks are not rebuildable". It costs 900 dollars for replacements. I would suggest you get Fox or Bilstein shocks.

    Have you tried pushing your Tab with the front wheel on the jack-e-up? I’m wondering if this is still possible

    • @builditgarage
      @builditgarage 2 місяці тому

      Yes I am able to push it by hand on hard flat surface. The jack-e-up doesn't hinder that. But the swivel on the caster wheel got rusty so that makes it hard to push because the wheel gets stuck in the wrong direction.

      Not that I have seen or found. The only thing I have heard of is to make a weight that hangs on one side of the wheel to apply a little torque to it. Doesn't seem like it needs to be very much weight.

    Install tip…. Put a good ratchet strap through hole in bed and hand winch it up into place and use the strap to hold it while you install the brackets and bolts. It cuts down on the risk of dropping it on your head

      @@larryfregin2859 Congrats on the retirement. I can't wait. If you are taller than 5'8" you might take a look at the T@B 400 Boondock if you can pull something a little bigger than the 320. Mine is the 320S there is also the 320CS which is the clamshell with the kitchen on the back. That one is laid out differently inside. Might be nice for shorter people because you sleep cross ways in the camper. At 5'11" I would be bent all night. We have an Xterra and a frontier. The 400 is supreme. I want to keep the weight down. Also the cost of the 400 is higher. I want to stand up inside. The 320 boondock is high on my list. The separate seating and sleeping is high on wife's list.the 400 size cost and gas mileage prohibitive.Another strong candidate is a used Casita. The build quality and off-road capabilities of the 320 is my first choice, Thanks to your video...
